Cancellation & Refunds

If you need to cancel your trip, please inform to your travel consultant by email. Cancellation refunds will be calculated as of the date we receive your written cancellation.

All payments for travel services not provided shall be refunded in accordance with our Terms and Conditions based on the date of written notice of cancellation. The amount listed below will be charged and any remainder refunded as follows:

  • More than 60 days prior to tour arrival date: 25% of the tour price*.
  • 59-30 days prior to tour arrival date: 50% of the tour price.
  • 29-14 days prior to tour arrival date: 75% of the tour price.
  • 13-0 days prior to tour arrival date: 100% of the tour price.
  • Please note that stricter cancellation policies may apply during peak seasons or for special charter flights, hotels, and cruise.

To begin a cancellation, an email stating your intent to your travel consultant or to billing@luxevoyageasia.com is required. Cancellation refunds will be calculated as of the date Luxe Voyage Asia receives your written cancellation request.

  • *Higher Deposit Exceptions: Travel that overlaps during certain peak periods or in which activities, accommodations, or flights that require us to make a non-refundable payment to reserve may require a higher percentage for the initial deposit. This additional amount is non-refundable.

Traveler substitutions are considered reservation cancellations and are subject to the above cancellation fees.

We encourage all of our travelers to purchase a traveler’s insurance policy that will cover for common cancellations/interruptions. Please see our Travel Insurance Guide for more information on what to look for when purchasing travel insurance.
