Day 1: Saigon | Welcome to Vietnam | Arrive in Saigon

When you arrive, our guide will greet you at the airport and escort you to Renaissance Riverside Hotel Saigon for check in. You’ll receive a short tour briefing in the lobby and then are at your leisure.
During the evening, enjoy dinner on a cruise along the Saigon river, one of the most relaxing ways to take in the Saigon city lights.

Day 2: Saigon | Cu Chi Tunnels & Impressions of Saigon City

Take your adventures underground for a lesson in history you won’t forget with a visit to the Cu Chi Tunnels. Discover these amazingly complex underground systems developed by the guerrillas fighting in the Vietnam War.
During the afternoon, enjoy a city discovery in downtown Saigon for its signature sites, such as The Notre Dame Cathedral, Old Post Office, and a walk into the Ben Thanh Market to discover local daily life.

Day 3: Saigon – Can Tho | Mekong Delta Discovery, Overnight at Can Tho
Meals:Breakfast , Lunch During the morning, you will explore the Mekong Delta around My Tho. This burgeoning capital rests in the center of the delta and is surrounded by a beautiful countryside known as the “rice basket of Vietnam”.
First, visit Vinh Trang Pagoda which is decorated with mosaics made from broken pottery. Overlooked by a tall white Buddha, it is set amongst lovely gardens packed with flowers, shrubs, lotus pools and tombs and ornate gates which provide entry.
Next, you’ll take a boat ride along the Mekong river to view the stilted houses, fruit plantations, and fishing villages. After lunch, you’ll visit An Khanh, a small village that specializes in fruit orchards and coconut sweets. If time permits, you can take a short cycling trip through the island. Then enjoy seasonal fruit, honey tea, and delicious coconut candies all to the sound of “Southern Vietnamese folk music”, performed by locals.
Travel to Can Tho later in the afternoon and stay for overnight at Victoria Can Tho Resort in their Suite with spectacular views of the river, pool, and the garden.

Day 4: Saigon – Dalat | Morning Floating Market, Fly to Dalat
Internal Flight:Included Meals:Breakfast Rise up early, greet the sunrise and you will embark on a motorboat down the Mekong River to the Cai RangFloating Market. You will find locals navigating their boats to trade their colorful produce in the morning. It is a busy bazaar on water, with locals bellowing out buying and selling calls while offering their goods to other boats with an offering pole.
After the morning market, enjoy some leisure time for breakfast. Then transfer overland to Saigon airport for your onward flight into the Central Highlands to the mountain town of Dalat. Dalat is known as the “City of Eternal Spring”.
Upon arrival in Dalat, our guide and driver will meet you at the airport then escort you to Ana Mandara Villas Dalat Resort for check in at their Bellevue Suite with a claw foot bathtub in front of the fireplace, a wide private balcony, and upgraded amenities. Then relax for rest of the day.

Day 5: Dalat | Discover Highlights of Dalat
Meals:Breakfast After breakfast, start your discovery of this beautiful town in central of Vietnam. First visit Bao Dai Palace, the 3rd mansion of the last emperor located in midst of the Love Forests. Next, explore the rather bizarre and aptly named “Crazy House”, an unconventional building designed by Vietnamese architects. Visit the Truc Lam Temple and its Pagoda outside of Dalat town.
During the afternoon, enjoy a short train ride on the Cremaillere Railway to the village of Tri Mat to experience the unique historical railway constructed in French colonial times. As the day draws to a close, enjoy observing the peaceful daily lifestyle of locals, visit the local market and see the small Linh Phuoc Pagoda – a fine example of Vietnamese glass and porcelain artisanship.

Day 6: Dalat – Nha Trang | Overland Transfer to Nha Trang, Relax
Meals:Breakfast In brief, today you will enjoy a scenic drive through Prenn Mountain. First we will stop to visit a local Koho ethnic hill tribe and discover their culture and life on the mountain. Then we descend and drive along the beautiful coastal road to Nha Trang, one of the best beach getaways in Vietnam.
Check in Mia Nha Trang Resort at their Cliff Villa with private splash pool and an unobstructed view of the East Sea. Then enjoy the afternoon at leisure.

Day 7 – 8: Nha Trang | Relax & Easy
Meals:Breakfast Enjoy a day free to relax and explore the beautiful beaches of Nha Trang. You may also take part in an optional excursion to the island for snorkeling and fun, go diving to discover the coral reefs, and take a hike through the jungle trails. Or perhaps pamper yourself with a wonderful massage and spa treatment at the resort.

Day 9: Nha Trang – Danang | Hoi An Ancient Town
Internal Flight:Included Meals:Breakfast , Lunch Take a short flight to Danang in the morning. You will meet our guide and driver upon arrival, then you will be escorted to the historical and beautiful Hoi An Ancient Town. Stop for lunch at a restaurant next to the Thu Bon River.
The afternoon is at leisure.
During late afternoon, enjoy a cyclo tour along the alleys and lanes to visit the main historical sites in the old port town as the sun is setting and lanterns are lit – a tradition passed down over 400 years.

Day 10: Hoi An | 4th Century Cham Ruins & Fishing Village Experience
Meals:Breakfast , Lunch During the morning, you’ll transfer to My Son Holy Land. Tucked in the mountains up winding roads with serene views, lay the 4th century My Son ruins. The surrounding mountains are strictly forbidden from living or development. The ruins lay in a beautiful mountainous landscape. You’ll enter the temples while your tour guide gives you the history and stories of the Cham and the site.
As the afternoon ensues, you will enjoy a visit to a fishing village for experiencing the daily life of local fishermen and meeting their families. Wade out in a Vietnamese round bamboo basket boat and be taught the Vietnamese style of fishing.

Day 11: Danang – Hue | Mountain Coastal Road Trip to Hue
Meals:Breakfast Check out during the morning, then transfer for a scenic ride along the mountain coasts of Vietnam. Start by riding through the mountains, valleys, countryside, and shorelines where you’ll find numerous breath-taking scenes.
Feel free to request your driver to stop for photos along the way. When you reach Hue, check into Hue La Residence Hotel &Spa then enjoy relaxing time for rest of the day.

Day 12: Hue | Discover the Ancient Heritage of Hue
Meals:Breakfast , Lunch In the morning, you’ll start with a visit to the Perfume River, a river famed for its natural scenery and numerous flowers that cover its shores. Along the river, you’ll see Vietnamese daily life up close. Your boat will take you to the Tomb of Minh Mang, featuring gardens, many steps, and beautiful decorations. Then you’ll visit Tu Doc, a compound with the private royal residence and a tomb which also houses the body of one of the wealthiest emperors in Vietnam. Then continue on to see the Khai Dinh Tomb, a more modern tomb with ornate decorations inside.
Your ventures will take you to lunch at a royal residence. Then you’ll press onward to see the famed – the old capital of Vietnam. This Citadel has a moat and wall perimeter 10 km long. You’ll be able to view its vast gardens and structure relics. Your driver will meet you on the other side of the city where you’ll then be escorted to a stop at the Dong Ba Market where you can see local fruits and produce for sale.

Day 13: Hue – Hanoi | Fly to Hanoi, Check in Hotel

When you arrive, our guide will greet you at the airport and escort you to Intercontinental Hanoi Westlake for check in. Enjoy some relaxing time in the afternoon and a sunset cocktail at the sunset bar on the lakeside of Hanoi West Lake.

Day 14: Hanoi | City Highlights of Vietnam’s Capital
Meals:Breakfast Hanoi, the capital city of Vietnam, it is the country’s cultural heart, bearing traces of centuries of changing dynasties. Visit the Tran Quoc Pagoda, a 1,400-year-old temple features ten tiers surrounded by gardens and which also hosts a Bodhi tree grown from a cutting of the original Buddhist tree under which Buddha sat. Next, you’ll take a stroll around the Hoan Kiem Lake where you can see the Tortoise Tower sitting on the water. Then you’ll enjoy a half hour cyclo tour through the Old Quarter in Hanoi.
During the afternoon, visit the One Pillar Pagoda which was built by a 9th-century emperor who saw it in a dream and regarded this as a divine inspiration to recreate the structure in the vision. Then stop in front of the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum to see its unique architecture. Continue to visit the highlight of this tour – The Temple of Literature. This ancient university was erected almost a millennium ago and has hosted many of the most prominent scholars through Vietnamese history.
At the end of the day, enjoy a traditional Vietnamese Water Puppetry Show.

Day 15: Hanoi – Sapa | Overland to Sapa, Discover Black H’mong Hill Tribes
Meals:Breakfast Today, we will travel around 4 hours on the newly built highway northward from Hanoi to Sapa through the lush countryside and beautiful mountainsides. Sapa is a lovely small town located near the top of the Annamite Range and surrounded by the ethnic hill tribes. This town at one time was summer retreat of the French during the colonial days. Then you’ll check in Victoria Sapa Resort and Spa at their Suite with wooden floor and private terrace viewing Mount Fansipan.
Enjoy a half day excursion in the afternoon to the villages where the Black H’mong ethnics live. Take an enjoyable walk through the rice terrace fields along the mountain valley and through the villages, a great chance for you to meet and talk to locals about their daily life and work. You may also get a chance to visit one of their houses to witness the day to day life in the mountains.

Day 16: Sapa | Authentic Weekly Bazaar of Flower H’mong Ethnic
Meals:Breakfast Each day of the week, various ethnic village tribes congregate together in remote sections of the mountains. They dress in their finest ethnic garments to represent their tribes as they come together to buy, sell and trade their produce and livestock with other villages. The hill tribe market is a unique opportunity to see the colorful ethnic apparel proudly on display. It is a time of social and community gathering. Finally, return to your hotel and relax.

Day 17: Sapa – Hanoi | Return to Hanoi, Relax
